Bloom Boxes operate as a monthly initiative. Each month, we prepare a set number of curated boxes for children and families in need within our Houston community. The number of boxes distributed will depend on available funding and community partnerships, but our goal is to maintain consistency and serve as many families as possible.
Each box is thoughtfully assembled around a specific theme, for example, back-to-school supplies, winter essentials, hygiene kits, creative activity kits, or holiday support.
Funding for Bloom Boxes comes directly from our nonprofit events, fundraising initiatives, and community sponsorships. Proceeds from ticketed events, local business collaborations, and donor contributions allow us to purchase supplies and materials in bulk.
Our volunteers play a key role in this program. They assist with sorting donations, assembling boxes, organizing distribution days, and ensuring each child receives their package with care and dignity. Bloom Boxes are not just donations, they are community-supported efforts built with intention and heart.

The Experience Fund
The Experience Fund is designed to give children access to opportunities that may otherwise feel out of reach. For many families, extracurricular programs, educational workshops, or developmental experiences are financially difficult to prioritize. This fund exists to bridge that gap and provide a child with their first meaningful experience , whether that is joining a sports team, attending a leadership camp, enrolling in a class, or participating in a structured enrichment program.
The Experience Fund operates as a dedicated financial resource that provides children with access to enrichment opportunities beyond basic necessities. Funding for this program is generated through nonprofit fundraising events, designated donations, and direct partnerships with local businesses who align with our mission.
We actively invite businesses to collaborate with us by sponsoring a child’s participation in extracurricular activities, educational programs, workshops, or developmental experiences. These partnerships may include financial sponsorships, scholarship-style contributions, or co-hosted community initiatives. By working together with local organizations, we create pathways for children to access opportunities that may otherwise be financially inaccessible.
Creative Workshops provide children with a structured space to express themselves, build confidence, and explore their imagination. These workshops are designed to be safe, welcoming environments where children can engage in hands-on activities that promote creativity, teamwork, and personal growth.
Sessions may include guided art projects, storytelling, leadership exercises, collaborative challenges, or themed learning experiences. For many children, these workshops offer an important creative outlet — a place where their ideas are valued and their voices are encouraged. The goal is not only artistic development, but also emotional expression and confidence building.
Workshops are funded through nonprofit events, sponsorships, and community donations. We also invite local businesses and community leaders to participate by sponsoring materials, hosting sessions, or providing mentorship. Volunteers assist with coordination and facilitation to ensure each workshop is organized, impactful, and empowering.
